Moving was just a part of life. We never stayed in one place too long and I knew how to pack the boxes quickly and efficiently. I watched my mom work multiple jobs and grew up surrounded by my dad’s family of entrepreneurs. I learned early on the value of hard work, diligence, and taking pride in building something of your own — lessons that still drive how I run my business today.
As an adult, I’ve moved a few times, and I always joke that every real estate agent should move every five years. We all need to remember how stressful the process can be! Those experiences are exactly why I take this work so personally. I understand the pressure, the uncertainty, and the countless decisions clients are making all at once. My goal has always been to simplify the process, guide clients with clarity, and remove as much stress as possible — while advocating fiercely on their behalf. Beyond transactions, I’ve remodeled multiple homes and understand renovations and repairs, allowing me to be a true resource, not just showing pretty homes.
What keeps me passionate about real estate is that no two deals are the same. I love problem-solving, negotiating, and helping people reach their goals — especially when the stakes are high. One of my biggest frustrations in this industry is seeing clients underserved by agents who don’t fully understand contracts or fail to negotiate effectively. I built my business on doing things differently: with education, precision, accountability, and a no-excuses mentality. At the heart of it all is my entrepreneurial spirit and my commitment to helping clients feel confident, protected, and genuinely cared for throughout one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I began my real estate career in 2014 with a simple goal: helping my family and friends relocate to the Dallas area. What started as a passion quickly grew into a full-time career rooted in strong negotiation skills, deep market knowledge, and genuine relationships. Since then, I’ve been honored to be recognized as a top producer in both the luxury market and nationwide, and I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of families find their place across the Metroplex.
I’m known for making the process clear, exciting, and truly client-focused. I specialize in relocations, strategic buying and selling, and connecting clients with trusted agents across the country. Outside of real estate, I’m a mom to a big blended family, a dog lover, and a creative at heart — always building something meaningful.

Chantal Tiongson is the Brand and Buzz Manager at Midtown Market Group. She holds a degree in Advertising and brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and creative strategy. Originally from Canada, Chantal blends big-picture branding with hands-on execution. She’s the group’s marketing mastermind, event organizer, and systems guru. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her playing hockey on the weekends or spending time with her family and dogs.
Donna Albright-Bowery
Contract Manager
Donna is our white-glove contract manager and a licensed Texas real estate professional with a background in IT and systems engineering. Serving our team since 2016, she expertly manages buyer and listing transactions from contract to close keeping all parties in the loop and making sure no dates are missed. Raised in an Air Force family, Donna understands the importance of simplicity during the moving process and the need for meticulous oversight. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling the country in her RV with her husband and visiting her grandkids in Dallas and Omaha.
