If there’s one thing I’ve learned in real estate, it’s that a house is just four walls until you add the community. I kicked off my week at Starship Bagel at Hillcrest Village, and let me tell you, the hype is real. They were recently crowned the “Best Bagel in the Country” at NYC’s Bagelfest, and having this gem right here in 75248 feels like a major win for the neighborhood.

DFW Market Update: A Healthy Reset

While the national headlines can sometimes sound a bit dramatic, here is the “real talk” on our local market. Following a very busy stretch in late 2024, we are seeing a healthy stabilization across Dallas-Fort Worth.

With more inventory hitting the market, the “buy-it-now” pressure has cooled. This is actually great news—it means we’re back to a balanced market where buyers have time to breathe and sellers can focus on the true value of their homes.
